Unfortunately we cannot differentiate between smokers and non-smokers if you move into a shared apartment. If you move into an apartment that was previously occupied by a smoker, the rooms will be especially cleaned if the smell is too strong.

Point 8 i of the General Rental Conditions of the Studentenwerk regulates the keeping of pets.The tenant is not allowed to keep an animal in the rented rooms. Exceptions are ornamental fish in aquariums and small caged animals such as birds, hamsters etc.
