Steffi Bischof is on hand to provide you with advice, information and help on all aspects of studying. Extensive consultation hours and counseling services take place here regularly.

During the lecture period of the semester, there are also regular consultation hours with the department head of the Office for Educational Support (BAföG Office).
You are also welcome to use the letterbox at hall of residence 3 in Wernigerode to hand in your documents for the Studentenwerk Magdeburg.
