Diese Daten sind erforderlich um meine Anfrage über das Kontaktformular bearbeiten zu können. Ohne meine Zustimmung ist das Absenden des Formulars daher nicht möglich. The standby service can be used if considerable damage to property and equipment could occur or life and health are endangered if it is not rectified.

If the locksmith is at fault, the costs are to be borne by the customer and paid to the locksmith on site.

We ask for your understanding that additional costs may be incurred by the party responsible in the event of improper use. The commissioning of a company that deviates from the above is at the expense of the commissioning party.

If you have lost your key, please contact the relevant janitor during his office hours. A replacement fee will be charged.
